Blog about wine?

Hello!!

I have thinking about creating a new blog about wine, in wich I would speak about the properties of the wines, the diferent kinds, etc.

However I am bit worried cause this topic is about alcohols so I would like to know if there is anything I should know about it before starting it. In this blog I would create reviews linked to Amazon so I am not sure if it is legal.

Could somebody help me?

    For Amazon believe it depends what territory you're in; you may want to look at non-Amazon affiliate options you target using Google's tools.

    Hey Sergio, I'm no lawyer but I would assume that it'd be legal to blog about wine as long as you clearly state that your site is only for people of legal age to drink and above. I did a bit of digging and found this site about the laws of owning a blog about alcohol:

    It would be a pretty good niche but it's fairly competitive so make sure you have a unique angle.


    Monetization would be easy as I live in the UK and there are loads of wine boxes by post type companies.


    If you're in the USA then you guys seem to have a weird relationship with wine. When I went to New York I couldn't seem to find any wines over 6.5%. Here in Europe we practically bathe in the stuff (and I'm currently drinking a 14.5% Shiraz)!

    I believe that creating such a blog about wine and different kinds of wine is an excellent idea.
    You must make sure that you say that your content is only for appropiate audience (people legally allowed
    to buy wine) but apart from this if you focus not only in your local wines but you make an approach to
    the main countries producing wine like Spain,France... you open your reach to more possibilities.
    I believe there are many resources even online today to get updated about wine in those areas and you
    definitely can be passionate about it, so I encourage you to do it, will be nice to see your blog
