Getting clients for your agency 2022

Hello there warriors !

Being an agency owner I have tried to generate leads for my agency through Facebook, Instagram, SEO and Google ads-YouTube and it went well but still I ask for more growth.

I was wondering what's your opinion on LinkedIn ads or email outreach. Does it work for you ?

I'm not using cold emails or cold phone calls.

If you want to scale globally what's the best way to do it?

Let's say I was wondering if it's a smart idea to hire appointment setters - closers that ask for fee per client.

Any experienced people here that can help it would be awesome !

I think a lot of marketers will tell you that cold emails still work.
I saw somewhere recently that they recommend using LinkedIn social networking along with cold emails.
I'm not quite sure what that means.
Maybe write a message to the CEO of the company and at the same time send him an offer of cooperation in the mail.
Maybe that would help, who knows....
Other than that you need to publish content:
    1) Articles on your blog. These articles must have keywords that match your audience.
    2) Videos on YouTube. This is popular, people like to watch videos on YouTube. Learn to create videos that will be interesting and useful to your audience and drive traffic to your site.
This way you can get new customers!

Cold DM's in Twitter definitely works if your offer is good and your strategy is coherent and solid. LinkedIn probably too

I have worked with many agencies over the years, most recently with the biggest commercial roofing leadgen agency for a year.

First you have to learn how to start conversations.

Then have those conversations with decision makers.

Don't even think about "scaling" until you can do that.

Appointment setters... you're not ready for that. Learn how to do it yourself first. Plus there are too many troublesome holes for you to fall into trying to get the appointment setter model to work, especially if it's commission based.

Cold emails still work, but in my experience, you may need to be sending many emails to get a few conversions, so it really depends on your conversion value. For example, if you're just looking for a few high value clients for your agency then this could be workable. But, if that was the case, there are other ways - making a personal approach to the client with some actual information that could help their business, could be a good approach.
You really need to define the amount of clients you need/want and design your marketing plan around that.

"cold" emails, at least in Twitter and LinkedIn should never be cold like: "hey total stranger, buy from me"

Prospects should have you in their radar and have perceive you as someone with expertise in your field before getting your message.

Yes, I was referring to actual emails rather than the wild west, I mean Twitter! LinkedIn seems to have more credibility because its business focussed and there is more grunt in the information provided by them about someone contacting you, but I don't use it for cold calling so I'm not sure.
One thing I turn off on is anyone emailing me from a gmail address. That's one sure fire way to end up in my trash. I still think actual emails need to come from a business email address, but that could just be me

IMO...if those so called appointment setters are so good at getting clients. Why don't they start their own agency.
If you have a Digital and Social Media Marketing Agency, you shouldn't need someone to find you clients.
