youtube download and conversion site?

I had a link to a site that would download and automatically convert the flv file to AVI, but I has lost the link.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

  Really close, but it might have to do. I was hoping for the one with an AVI option...he's trying to make a ppt file for a party. I can convert his mp4 files if necessary.

So your Grandpa is going to do the conversions himself?

I use a free utility called Panzera FLV to AVI that works pretty well but it's certainly not as easy as a website, but likely much much faster.
