What strategy do you use?

Hi,
I am struggling with getting higher sales on freelancing platforms and don't have a better strategy to sell my services globally. I especially want to offer my services in tier-1 countries to generate higher revenue for my family. Let me know your social media strategy for targeting local customers.
Thanks.

What have you done in this field? Do you have proof of success? Happy clients?

Can you not convince past, happy clients to hire you to do more or more advanced stuff?

        Who is your ideal client?

What is your unique selling proposition? Why should they buy from you and not from me, for instance?

You are a freelancer, correct? Specializing in SEO? Is this right?

You are apparently in Pakistan, eh? Assuming you think USA is a Tier-1 country, how would you target LOCAL customers with social media?

Maybe by being active in Facebook groups, forums, blogs, and specifically to the local area you want.

It doesn't make too much sense. If I hire a freelancer from one of the several platforms, it doesn't matter where they live, it is the service I am buying.

As you have been asked already, what SEO specialty do you bring to the market, and then identify who would be a target for those services, and learn better promotional skills with copywriting, or targeting.

For whatever tier 1 country you aim for, make sure your translation/language is flawless in THEIR native tongue, it will help (maybe).

Try asking the question a different way, so we may be better able to help, OK?

  • With A.I. you're able to write articles and blog posts that will get you ranking high in the search results on the search engines for your desired keywords.

It's easier than ever to rank for local services in your area if you have a Google business profile page that's search engine optimized. Also use buying keywords.

If your aim is to reach tier1 countries then use upwork.com or fiverr.com to demonstrate your skills to attract your target markets

this is what i would do - I would sit down and determine for myself what is the actual thing i am willing to do for money. In this case what actually you want to do in SEO. I see you finished a course in SEO. That is cool. Now review the course and decide what is one thing you are willing to do as the service. Basically that will be the thing you selling. The work that people pay you for.

Once you do that - now think of what kind of things that could grab the attention of a potential buyer of your service. Maybe you could articulate what you learnt in a very easy to understand way for the client? Basically try to demonstrate and that can grab the attention too.

Hope this helps buddy! Good luck!

For me, when I freelanced, publishing helpful blog content that clients appreciated and building my blogger friend network patiently allowed the clients to come to me versus me chasing or trying to "get" clients.

I have a few Pakistani blogging buddies to drive business through their content and connections.

This is one way to build a business, that, with patience, makes you The Hunted instead of The Hunter.

Gradually, the SEO clients approach you and hire you.

Also, your blog becomes an asset because based on its reach, clients will routinely come to you.

More front end work of course which is the only way to get the passive backend business.

You'll take no shortcuts but then again, you'll never need to ask this question again on the forum.

    Ryan

This is how it goes, guys.

At least if you want to be The Hunted not The Hunter.

You can take matters into your own hands and create your own website where you can promote your freelance services. You'll stand out from the crowded freelance marketplaces, and you can further explain your services and how you can help people. On your own site you can set higher prices as you're operating in a competition free zone. Show the features and benefits of your services, provide case studies, offer samples of your work, and offer multiple ways for people to contact you.
