Is there a page builder (or perhaps a marketplace) that has "advertorial templates" with the predesigned appearance of an editorial piece?

    You need to search for what you want or use one of
    the A.I. systems to find it for you. If there is nothing
    available that suits your needs, then design/develop
    a template that meets your specifications. You could
    hire a freelancer for this, you can also use A.I. which
    will assist you with developing code and content, as
    well as funnel strategy.

        That is wonderful.

        Remember that it might take a couple of weeks or
        even a month to set up your funnel, and you may
        need to make some adjustments until it works
        smoothly.

    Your advertorial is top of funnel.

    Use this to build trust and get to know them. Let your ad in the advertorial be for your freebie to get them onto your list.

    Then establish a relationship with them.

    IMHO don't attempt to sell right away. Provide immense value and after about a week of doing so, then hit them with your offer.

    Yes, it's tough to wait, but you should have much better conversions and less un-subscribes this way.
