How much are you asking?

Well considering all the costs made in purchasing the original licenses for these products, (I paid over $10,000) for these licenses, I would just sell the whole thing for about half of that...

I would put the site on Flippa or something similar and include licensing with the site.

It may be difficult to get that on Flippa with no traffic and no current income. Someone may want to pay that and jumpstart it but if I were to buy a site for that much money, it would only be with traffic and revenue already happening.

Anymore suggestions, Warriors?

Instead of selling the website and sole product ownership, do you want to consider selling a limited quantity of master resale rights? I think you would stand a lot better chance of selling 10 - 20 agreements to sell the product for maybe $250 - $500 a piece than you would of selling the whole business which you admit isn't doing well, for $5000.

So far I've bought master resale rights for 2 products. In the first case, I was buying the product anyway (for $27) and was able for a mere $27 more, purchase resale rights to it. This product, has in fact, been my biggest success in internet marketing. Given that the formula worked for me once, I recently paid $500 for resale rights to a product that sells for $97 (or more). So far no sales, BUT.... I'm in the first month of having it available and still trying to get traffic going.

My point is, just me personally, I'd be more comfortable knowing that I and a handful of other people were the only folks licensed to sell an item, but not having paid a fortune.

Out of curiousity, when it did well on Ebay.... how was it marketed?

Hi, I remember on ebay some months actually pulling in about $400-$500 alone!!

It was marketed as "Holosync" -like products
