How do I automatically RSS Ping a list of URLs?

I have a file with a large list of URLs I want to make sure Google is aware of. What's out there right now to help me do that?

    Create an rss for each. I use feedity and then re-create that feed using Feedburner.
    (That cones from Howie Schwartz).

    You can then go to Yahoo Pipes and create a single feed for up to 8 feeds.
    Then, simply ping each Yahoo Pipe feed using ping-o-matic or Pingoat.

    depending on the size of the list... you may want to use software... I use "All Day Sucker"

      Thanks. "All Day Sucker" looks powerful and very useful.

      And I am certainly looking for a software solution. But frankly this looks like more than I need right now (if in fact it even does what I need). I see it can spider an entire site and ping it all. And it has controlled ping times which I was also wondering about.

      But I don't see any mention on the sales page of being able to pull URLs from a file and ping them. Do you know if it can do it?

      Also it looks a little expensive for the relatively simple (but much much easier if it's done through software) job that I need done.

      Does anybody else know of any software that can do what I'm looking for?

          You can setup a free RSS Feed at

          Create Your Free Hosted RSS Feed In Seconds

          you can put up to 100 links in 1 feed but you can create more feeds.

          Then you can submit that feed with the free version of AllScoop RSS Submit Pro.

          Then you could always grab the feed and submit to Twitterfeed which you can link to your Facebook and Twitter accounts to have it autosubmit the feed to those accounts.
