what is pop up and pop under ads?

Popups open a new window , and popunder opens site under the same window, so which one is better with cpa?
popups or popunder?

    I think popunders are better because pop-ups TEND to get clicked away fast.

    Popunders simply stay on screen, so if the visitor leaves the site he has a new site on the screen which he might check out. This is why most (IMHO) rather use pop-unders.

      i was reading one thread where a person was getting 20% roi with ppv popunders . where as he gets 300% with other ads.
