Not sure about free but when we did some Facebook advertising, we bought a $100 coupon from a trusted seller on Ebay for just a few dollars.

There are free coupons. The visa network gave out $100 in free advertising credits a while back. Many warriors can confirm this.

Yes. Facebook ad coupons are available through sites like Visa business network and others. You can try signing up on Visa business by searching on their Facebook applications to get it. I think the coupons here can only be used for new accounts. Just read some info about this when you see this application for updates.
