Tested Converting Sales Page Still Not Making Sales With Flow Of Traffic

My site is fluctuating between ranks 7-9 on page 1 in Google for a term that receives over 900 searches a day but is only receiving anywhere between 40-50 searches a day. Now, I have a tested, highly converting sales letter that converts at 1%. Now with more than 5 days passing by and the traffic accumulating I have well surpassed the 100 visitor mark without making a single sale. I know this sales page converts because I tested it with PPC and for every 110-115 visitors I would make a sale but now it seems that with the organic traffic I'm just not seeing the results anymore. Is there anything you guys can suggest?

You do have to remember that PPC and Organic traffic are two entirely different prospects.

Typically the ones clicking on Organic Results are looking for free information, since they KNOW they are not clicking on ads. With PPC if people do click on it, then it's either webmasters checking out their competition, or genuinely interested people who want to purchase something, and they KNOW they are clicking on ads.

Don't judge something by 100 visitors because you don't have enough statistics.

The 100 visitors could have been you, junk traffic, web crawlers, competition, etc. checking out your site.

A good number would be 500 visitors, since at this point you would have established some sort of a presence in the search engine.

Give it some time. Like Richjerk321 said, you can't tell much by the first 100 visits....wait until 500-600 before you start testing or tweaking.

Yep, what richjerk said. Two different types of traffic.

Wait a while, and if it still isn't working, you'll need to tweak your sales letter for the new traffic.

You may get better answers if you let fellow warriors see your sales page and SERP.

    Maybe your copy needs tweaking
Your title and description may not be interesting enough.

We can help you more if you give us some details

I agree with the others on this one. Wait and see. And I also agree that PPC and organic traffic will give you two entirely different results. Those who click the PPC route generally know these are advertisements, are looking for the solution you offered in your ad and are willing to pay for it.

You are making this work at home stuff way harder than it is. Ready for some sanity? Clear your head and start over.

You need to give more time, maybe you should try more targeted traffic to your salespage, do a research to see who is interesting to your offer.
