    Thanks,
You would like to edit an existing pdf or create one?

If you'd like to create one, then get Open Office. Create your "product" then in the editor there is a button on the top left corner that has an image of a pdf file. click to download as a pdf.

If you'd like to edit an existing pdf file, then get open office again and just copy the contents in the pdf and paste it into the open office editor. Edit what you wish, then download it as a pdf.

    Hope that helped.

    Best Regards,
    Anthony

Another vote for Open Office here. I've been using it for years to great effect.

In addition to the programs listed above, I've also used Foxit's PDF editor.

Yeah OpenOffice is the business - but if you have eg a Word doc and you wanna modify it and create a new PDF, install dopdf(which is free), which will allow you to mod any MS Word doc the write it as PDF once ur done

In my opinion, OpenOffice is the best. And, it comes with the ability to do much more than .pdf files. It is a huge group of tools that will handle many different tasks. Give it a try before you make up your mind.

Hi Amfire, do you have MS Word installed in your PC?
If so, why not convert your PDF files to Word files and edit them in MS Word. I always use this way by using FREE AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter.
It can retain all the original data, layout and formatting of PDF files after conversion. Besides, it supports convert encrypted PDF files.
Just get the freeware here: anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html
Hope it can do your some favor.
