A great way to convert your videos into .FLV format for free...
I have tested a lot of paid and free softwares for converting normal videos like mp4/mov/avi etc into .flv for embedding in my site.
None of them satisfied me.
Then I found blip.tv!
When you upload the file, they will convert it into .FLV so that it can be displayed on their site. You can get the link to the souce file from the page HTML source and download it!
Simple easy and much better conversion than any software or other video hosting site! YouTube lets you download in mp4 only if you go for 480p.
May be you have found a better solution, but I am just sharing what I discovered
