A little more detail is in order.

    PayPal?
Have you received any of the recurring payments?

      Joe,

Yes, it is Paypal. I didnt receive any recurring amount. This is the first time Iam using recurring payments using Paypal.

I gave free trial for one week and then $29/month. One week is over and I didnt receive any amount.

  • Maybe your customers canceled the subscription at their paypal console.

Yes, I logged into the Paypal and checked.

    I have 'Active' subscriptions.

Go through Paypal's Support and have them help. Make sure to log in first and get subscription transaction numbers first, to enter into your Support ticket, or the first thing they'll do is ask for these, dalaying help another 24 hours or so up front.

      Calling is faster, FYI.

Also - -make sure your Paypal is hooked up with an active account (checking, savings, bank card, etc..), if that's required (not sure what their requirements are everywhere). And check each subscription for info - -i.e. click the original transaction link and make sure each says it should have renewed on such and such a date. If the dates are over, there should be info like - -the subscriber used an echeck and funds will clear in 7 days...something like that.

OK, hope some of that helps. Hang in there, though. Once you get your system working, you can focus on other things.

How do you handle your billing? My recommendation is to create an autobilling system, that sends reminders a few days before (so that people can opt out). What consequences are there if someone doesn't pay? Lack of access is a powerful incentive ;-)

Is recurring payment not automatic? I thought a subscription payment is automatic.
