UAW or ABP? or both?

Hi I've been using UniqueArticleWizard (UAW) and ArticleBluePrint (ABP) for quite a while, does anyone knows the spinning method of these two? Which is better? or can i just submit the same articles to both?

    I've personally canceled my subscription to UAW recently and I'll tell you why.

    1-) You never get to know where your articles are posted
    2-) They won't give a whole list of directories
    3-) Webmasters will remove your articles, therefore, you are losing links, they aren't there forever other than those to the directories.
    4-) You don't get to chose where your articles get posted.

    The most effective tool, I found, in regards to article marketing is ArticleMarketingRobot. It creates accounts for you, verifies your accounts and has a built in spinner. It submits to article directories of your choice. You can even choose a minimum PR directories to post to.

    It's also a one time payment. Much better value than UAW.

    I've never heard of ArticleBlueprint, are they any good?
