These guys are fisherman. They have 400 lobster traps and for a price will give you one of the traps and check on it for you. They then take the lobsters out and mail them to you. Avearges to about 40 lobsters per trap a season. They post blogs about their lives and what is like to be a fisherman and then make vidoes of themselves and your trap. They post internet updates on the status of your trap when they check on it.

How much do they charge?

What does this tell us? There is a lot that can be learned by looking at this sit and figuring out what is going on. Obviously their customers aren't buying because of the price. They are buying for the experience and the feelings they get from being their customer.

People don't buy because of price. But for experience and feelings. That is why people pay starbucks $5.00 for a fifty cent coffee. How can you replicate that in your marketing? How do they do it?
