I second this. I've been using it for nigh on 6 months and LOVE it. I've had a few quirky issues, but they were my fault. Plus, if you know PHP, it's pretty easy to modify.

Yea that is the one you guys need. I was actually recommending that to someone in another trend but couldn't remember the site. For I havent been there for months to see whats new.

The founder of Payspree is a member here. I've personally spoken with him on skype. He says they are planning aweber integration within the next 2 weeks as well.You may want to look into that too.

With Rapid Action Profits, you won't have to battle with PHP.

It's a PHP script, but after loading the system, you set all parameters via web form. No need to modify the php files at all.

I can't speak to this for any 'instant commission' system except Rapid Action Profits, but for the RAP system, this is handled in different ways, by different merchants.

The decision of how to handle it is made by the merchant and may depend on the price of the product, the importance (to the merchant) of the ongoing relationship with the customer, etc.

Some will just eat the refunds.
Others will require the affiliate to issue refunds to the customer (since they were paid directly by the customer).

If the merchant requires his affiliates to directly refund sales on which they have been paid, that refund is communicated back to the system via Paypal IPN processing. The customer receives their refund, the affiliate commissions are reversed, and the refund is figured into the commission calcs, so that the affiliate is awarded the very next sale that he/she refers, to compensate for the "lost sale".

If the affiliate reneges on refunding the customer...
The customer can file a dispute against the affiliate's Paypal account, with NO adverse affect on the merchant's account.

In either case, the merchant can ban the affiliate for violation of the affiliate agreement, and subsequent sales referred by that affiliate will revert to the merchant.

Just signed up with Payspree. Looks great and very simple to use. Basically is a cross between RAP (Instant Affiliate Payments) and Clickbank.

I have use RAP, however, it does take some time to setup each new product. If you don't need all the Bell's and whistles, go with Payspree.
