Web-base Office File Sharing?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm tired of Microsoft Office Live. They force us to upgrade to SkyDrive and in the end, require us to upgrade my Office 2003 to the latest Office software because SkyDrive 'cannot be used in old software'.

I'm not going to upgrade, so I'm ditching Office Live, looking for another solution.

Can anyone recommend a reputable site similar to Office Live? No, not Google Docs, please.

We use Google docs in our company and skype for calls.

The 2 I have used besides Docs is Zoho Office and ThinkFree which is similar to Microsoft.

I know you are looking for something other than Google Docs but we use them with Google Apps so I keep our own domain email address rather than an @gmail.com address. Works great for us.
