Website for a local client, please critique

here is the website:

Some additional info:

the client for this website is very classy but has no knowledge of internet marketing whatsoever.

her main employee has been doing on his own a great job in facebook, so I put a link to facebook for list building instead of adding a capture form in this case, as nobody would actually write... I have to talk it out with the client, but this is what it´s done so far.

the main traffic source for this website is video, we did 3 photo shooting and 5 video shooting, 2 video testimonial and 3 lil runs. Some are already up, and some will be released later to keep it rolling.

I had the videos on first page in 20 min for the main keywords. So I think we are good here.

also will do some bookmarking to give a good jump start.

they only contracted the website building service actually for company image. But they are well known, so the additional work helps me positioning in the market.

so I would like you guys, if you can, to help me in 2 different subject...

one is the website itself... I already see a couple of things to be changed, but the additional feedback is highly appreciated.

the second is the marketing plan for this client. I gave them a 3K service for 1K... How do I go around this to recover my time investment? Whether it is from them or someone else...

    Some images have no Alt tags

    Same description on all pages

    Las mejores marcas, Clan Issime y Camarrón Brujo, ahora en Ensenada, Buenos Aires,
    Argentina....

    No Permanent redirect so www and no www two different sites.

    Very little text content to rank for.

    Just a few things to get you going.

      Ok, found the mistake for the metadata... there was a crash between the plugin that fetches the metadata and the component for content creation, it is solved now. Thanks for pointing it out... on my way to manual update now.

      also found the way to add more info to the image galleries. Working on it now...

      one lil question, is it there any preference for the destination url? with or without the www? which one is better to redirect? Will add it to htaccess ...

        THe site has a nice elegant design about it and is pleasing to the eye. The URLs are quite search engine friendly.

        A few observations from both the search engine and general perspective:

        1) Please open the Facebook page in a new window so that the user can still return to your site even if they branch off to FB

        2) There should be some more text on the home page. I dont understand Spanish. I can see in the dropdown menu under Catalogo the items Ropa to Accesorios. If these are your main keywords, you would be better off having those keywords in the links (anchor text) leading to those pages from the home page. Right now the action buttons on the home page are all images (as in Leer mas etc)

        3) As pointed by Quentin, you need alt tags for all images on the site.

        4) On the specific inner product pages like Remeras and Sandalias, you have links at the top like email, gallery etc. These links are great for users but for search engines it can be a mess. There are links like imprimir, email, galeria imagenes etc. They are all variations of the URL for the Sandalias page. YOu can either use javascript for those links or you can use rel=canonical tag on the Sandalias page to show the search engines that it is the representative page and all the others are variations of it.

        5) I am not sure if you have a privacy page and Terms & Conditions page there. Pl ignore this comment if you have these pages on the site. These are important as search engines would as a general rule of thumb like to see them.
