I Need Online T-Shirt Design Software

I'm looking for a programmer to build a t-shirt designer for my t-shirt printing websites. I thought I'd throw it out to the forum first to see if anyone on here can help. I've yet to find an "off-the-shelf" solution that suits my needs.

Also, any tips on how to prepare the project/set out my requirements?

    An interesting concept, what about the current solutions do you Not like, or what about the current solutions available do not work for your needs?

    In todays object oriented model, just about anything is possible, but the main thing is how to blend in design with results.

    because in the end no matter how great the "screen" or "print" process is, you have to factor in the resolution, what looks good on the computer screen will not translate to the actual end product, " Unless your dealing with very very high end printing and setup" which would be very expensive, )

    So say if someone submitted a digital image, you would need to show them an approximation of what it would look like on a tee shirt, (which might be difficult to do )
