Making money from CraigsList and Kijji

What's the process of making money from CraigsList and Kijji, is it a case of posting reviews and linking with an affiliate link, or use as a bank link tool?

Has anyone had success?

I have discovered that Kijiji won't let you post the same ad twice in the For Sale categories, but in Services you can have duplicate ads across cities. I sell The Wedding MC Jokebook. I can post and ad about it in every city under weddings in the service category. I can only post it once in the For Sale Categories (once in one city). Craiglist has a policy about no direct linking, but I am not sure what the work around is.
