Just had a brief look at their site, and the following is just my opinion from looking at it. I'm not a user of their services.

The price point of $9.99/year feels extremely low and with the diskspace/bandwidth being unlimited (also a faux-pas, but we'll get to that in a minute), it does not encourage me to ever want to spend money with them.

The unlimited diskspace/bandwidth has been debated to death across the Internet, but essentially "unlimited" doesn't exist. What many companies will do when your website gets bigger is tell you that you're using too many resources and you'll either find a new bill or be told to leave.

If you really want to spend $10 / year, have a look around at other hosts too so you can get a good feel for what they can offer. Personally, I highly recommend Lithium Hosting, who I have used for my International sites for a long time now. They have a $10 package, but you can only run one site from it.

The final thing I'd say to you is that if this is a business site or a site that is going to make you money, before you purchase hosting, ask yourself what your back-up plan is if the host disappears/goes down/kicks you off. Sometimes it's good to budget a little extra money for that peace of mind and secure feeling.
