  I can't read anything on your site due to the language. But I would try promoting videos with products or services your viewers would enjoy. Who makes up the majority of your sites demographics? I'm assuming males between the ages of 18-34. Maybe you should promote a dating product for a month, then a fitness product- using all videos...

Why not a premium section with more/better/higher quality/released earlier/downloadable videos? If their loyal, surely some will have interest in that.

Or, depending on what your coding resources are, pre-roll video ads before the videos?
