list management, need help

Hi, In my list I want to have email sequence in my niche which provides real hot useful content and mixed with offers (and with follow up emails to the offers about 3- 6 emails to follow up it). I want to build it for 1 year full and make this business automated. My problems shows up when I have to do a product launch from JVs. What should I do? If I write the whole pack of email upfront then it will surely be crash between my email sequence and email I will send to my list because of my JVs activities. Any idea? I think people out there also got the same problem.

    I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you concerned that your unscheduled mailings will clash with your programmed mailings?

    You can setup an auto-responder sequence and schedule that through your provider (aweber, icontact, etc.).

    If you need to do a custom JV offer, you can send it your list without "breaking" the auto-responder timing. Is that what you were asking?

    In any decent autoresponder you can send 2 types of messages:

    - pre-written sequences: they receive the messages in order; everyone starting from #1 when they sign up

    - broadcast <= this is for promoting JV offers or any kind of offers and everybody gets it in the same time

    I am yet again with Shaun on this one the biggest regrets I hear from offline and online marketers is that they did not take advantage of creating and email marketing list when they had the chance. If you need some help in pricking and autoresponder and creating your follow up campaign send me a PM and I will be glad to give you a hand or anyone on this forum for that fact.
