Do I Need Banners for My Affiliates?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am doing up my affiliate page and I have both affiliate links and email for my affiliate to send out (with their affiliate links of coz). I am thinking of not creating banner ads.

Do you think banner ads increases the chance of getting a product sold? Should I have banner images in my affiliate toolbox?

You may write review of your affiliate products. And put link. And It depends on site type foe somw type of time banner is good

  I don't have much banners available to affiliates currently, but I'm hiring a designer to do them because I have requests from potential affiliates who want to put banners on their blog or site.

  Definitely make some banners. The more promotional tools you can offer your affiliates, the better (within reason, of course).

  I think it depends on the niche. If your product is in the internet marketing niche then most people will probably be promoting to a list so banners aren't as necessary.
  
  However for most other niches, as an affiliate I would expect to see banners that I could put on my sites. It also shows me that you care about your affiliates and are willing to do everything you can to help us make sales.

As an affiliate - yes I think you should. If I am looking for an affiliate product to promote and am deciding between 2 products - if one has banners and the other one doesn't then there is a much higher chance that I will choose the one with banners.

It can't hurt, and if you've good banners designed they could bring in a lot more sales over the lifetime of your product. Affiliates are typically lazy and don't want to put forth the time and expense to get good banners designed, so by providing this to them you're making it a lot easier for them to advertise your product.

  I had banners created for my product, I don't think I would have any affiliates advertise my product without them. Now if ClickBank would get on the ball and approve I would be all set.
