I think Docstoc and Scribd are the best places to submit any type of ebook.

Well there are lots of places where you can submit your PDF files. Sharing free content is great strategy to promote your site.. Here are some sites to get you started. BTW this is an old list, so all the sites may not be working..

Do people get a good CTR generally on PDF sites? I've heard these sites often don't make the link clickable.

Oh well, it looks like Scribd is gonna be out of the picture for some of us. I just read through the terms, and in sections 8.7 and 8.19, they seem to make it pretty clear that any type of marketing is prohibited. In other words, they don't allow affiliate links. What a shame.
