Dealing With Spammish Comments On Your Blog?

I'm super new to blogging. In fact I just started my first blog and I've gotten a couple of comments already on my posts after marketing it a little bit but only from random people making generic "that's an interesting idea, thanks for giving me something to think about" spammish posts with links back to random pharmaceutical websites in another language in their names.
Probably a dumb and obvious question (sorry I'm new), but if you were in my position would you put them in the spam folder (I use Wordpress for what it's worth).
