Paypal Login Error... Anyone Else?

Hi Guys,

Trying to log in to a paypal account I recently opened and just had one transaction sent in there, suddenly getting the message below since yesterday I think, this morning for sure... anyone else experiencing this? Could my account be frozen, if that's the case I would expect a message to that effect, or is this a temporary error from Paypal's end?

The message I keep getting...

PS: I'm sure I'm entering the right password etc..

PPS: By the way, none of the actions referred to in that error message apply to me, I'm simply trying to log in directly from paypal.com..

  It's simply, once you get the error,
  
  * Click 'Help' at the upper right corner of the page near the log-out button.
  * Click 'My account'.
