Link exchanges
Hi Guys...
moving into the next phase of my "stop being a newbie" plan and am starting to build backlinks to my site.
so far i've created a domain.blogspot.com blog, and from my understanding, the goal of this blog is to act as a click thru to my main site.
Question -

- What type of content should I place on this blog? or should i copy and paste the content i have on my main site and add a link at the end of it to drive traffic to my main site?
- What type of content should i place on this site, if not the former?
- How do I approach other blogs to try to participate in a link exchange with the hopes of building backlinks to my site? any specific language i should use when emailing blog owners about link exchanges? any particular language i should stay away from? what should I expect?
- Should I go for the blogs that are "big dogs" or go after the "low hanging fruit"?
