    Hey Rich,

Could you clarify for me...are you wanting someone to write and distribute a book? Or, are you wanting someone to print and distribute the book?

I was unclear on that. (It does make a difference as to where I send you).

    Hey Rich,

I need to get out of here, so I'm going to take a leap of judgement and assume you are looking to print & distribute a book you have already written.

So, with that assumption, I would send you here:

    Self Publishing - Lulu.com

Typical disclaimers...I'm not affiliated with...bla, bla, bla...

But they seem to be the industry standard.

Good luck on your book. (What's it about? Don't leave us in suspence ).

    Gotta go!

Hey guys thansk for the responses

I was thinking more along the lines of creating a product like Traffic Secrets 2.0 - how would you go about doing that - with branded CD's, books, etc?

There are companies that will do exactly that. Unfortunately, I don't can't seem to locate my folder with that information at the moment but I can tell you how I located such companies.

I found info. products where I liked the way they were bundled and contacted the sellers of those products to ask them who was handling the assembly/distribution.

Most happily answered the questions and I ended up with several sources that will do just about any publishing/distribution need you have.

So if you have a few nice looking packages, that is where I'd start.

I'll do some more digging this week and if I come across that file, I'll share it with you but this is where I'd start.

    Hi Rich

For CDs and DVDs I use Kunaki. It's cheap per unit and the quality is excellent.

If you also want to produce manuals and reports then check out Vervante dot com.

Both Vervante and Kunaki print on demand with no minimums.

    I Hope that helps

This one does everything for slick info products:

    Speaker Fulfillment Services

If you really want everything to look professional you might
want to take a look at what they do.

    Hi Rich

As an extra point you might also want to think about returns.

I sell hundreds of DVDs each month and get very few refund requests, but when a customer wants a refund they have to return the product. If your fulfillment company doesn't accept returns on your behalf then customers will have to ship your products back to the UK.

You'll get some US customers who (quite rightly) object to having a DVD disptached from the states, and then when they want a refund, being told they have to send it back to the UK.

I hadn't thought of this before I started selling DVDs but it's a good idea to have a thought out plan for any refunds that come your way.

    I hope this helps!

      Good points Lee...

Many fulfillment companies will take back products and notify you when they arrive so you can issue a refund.

In my own case, we do all our own production so our costs are rock bottom.

When we get a return, we destroy the product because there are always fingerprints and such on the CDs/DVDs and we don't want to send out something again that was obviously handled.

So in the case of international customers - just one refund request in the past two years - we just issued a refund without having them return the product.

Now in our case, we sell $10 - $50 products and our costs are maybe 10% of that so we are out very little on a return of this type.
