Recently I was looking into blogger.com when I came across google web hosting.in other words, buy the domain name for $10.00, and you have free web hosting. I wonder if you can still monetize it with adsence? or is it good for an seo point of view. I am really looking forward to your responses. Thanks

blogger.com is absolutely free to own and run, though you can monetize it, but doing SEO means you'll be doing SEO for blogger.com and not your own domain.
There are free hosts like 110mb.com and others

Not if you use their custom domain option which the OP is referring to.

When you buy a domain though that method the name servers will point to a Google hosted page which is on the Blogger platform, but the domain is 100% all you, there is no blogspot.com involved.

If you later want to move your Google bought domain elsewhere, you will log into your account through Enom and simply change the DNS, it's no different than any other registrar.

Yes you can monetize it, in fact if you know a bit of HTML you can turn any Blogger hosted page into a site that most would not even know that it is on Blogger, yes to include the favicon.

I have several monetized, Google bought domains, hosted on Blogger that you would not even know by looking at the page. For SEO you do the same as you would any other site hosted elsewhere, some of which you have to get into the HTML a little bit farther than the Blogger dashboard will allow for with WYSIWYG.
