Wave jumping question: How can one make $$ when a new mobile phone is released?

Does amazon offer commissions on cell phone purchases? Someone said they don't, but they do offer "bounties" - not sure what that is.

Any advice on this and/or any ways to profit from the release of new mobile phones (devices/hardware)?

    Review site. I did this for straight talk and profited immensely from their affiliate program with CJ. Worked out well for me. I would assume the bigger cell networks probably pay higher commissions as well.
