INTERNET MARKETING

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had ever signed up for web hosting and them could not access that site again? I have signed up with Brainhost.com this week and thought it was a scam. I have not been able to get back to their site all week. Today, I actually spoke with their customer service manager who said that she was sorry for my inconvenience and had upgraded me to a platinum package. They also were going to build my site for me and she stressed that this would be done by the EOD today. I have received an email from her with a link to a site building helpcenter but I cannot access that either. She told me to download Google chrome which I did and I still cannot reach anything but "cached" pages for them. Anyone know anything about this?

I'd give them the rest of the day to do as they said they would, then tomorrow, see if it is better.

If not, then request a refund and go with someone a little more reliable.

You might try GoDaddy or HostGator is you're going to do everything yourself.

Hi - their site loads ok from here (Scotland) - for the moment at least. :O)

They do have a 30 day money back guarantee on their site - so don't be afraid to ask for it.

Know nothing else about them.
