Newbie Question Regarding CLICKBANK and BLOGSPOT

Hello,

I am new to Clickbank but not new to blogspot. I also know how to do basic SEO. My question is, Can I make money using blogspot having Clickbank products in it?

I mean, I can't invest on website, so I am thinking to start blogging with clickbank hoplinks in it. Will it earn me atleast 100$ a month?

My procedure to start with clickbank is like this-

First I'll make 20 blogs on different niches(without researching, because i Dont know how to use Adwords) in it Ill write 10 posts in each blog about the niche, see if its make money blog Ill write 10 posts on how to make money like that...

Then in each post of a blog Ill add hoplinks of clickbank products or from other product owners...

And will continuously post articles on each blog..

Is that a good idea? WIll I earn from it?

Any suggestion ??

Yes, until they delete your blog. Sometimes that happens very quickly, sometimes not for ages and ages. Sometimes competitors will "report" them (if they find them) and they'll just disappear in the night. It's not secure.

    Then use a free one.

    But not Blogspot.

Good ones to try are Weebly, Yola, and Blinkweb.

If you want a free self-hosted Wordpress blog (probably much better), then you can get free, reliable, secure, well-established, professional hosting at byethost.com (and they don't put their own advertising button on your site, either, which always looks unprofessional).

    Money not needed!

You can get a free domain-name from co.cc, but a $1 .info domain-name from GoDaddy is probably a lot better, and for $1 it's perhaps a bit silly not to try that instead, if you can.

    That depends on you.

But whatever you earn from it, it's still not safe or secure, and it's not a site you yourself own and control.

"Making money" is absolutely the worst niche in which you could possibly start.

Especially if you have no experience of it yourself.

It's fiercely competitive and your lack of experience and expertise will show.

And if you do that at Blogger, people will (understandably) laugh at it.

People with any credibility, who can teach others how to make money online, don't typically host their sites at Blogger.

Even your newbie readers will know that, and you'll hardly endear yourself to them, or impress them, by not knowing it yourself. :p

It's a good idea in places.

The places where it very clearly isn't a good idea are (i) using Blogger, and (ii) trying the "make money online" niche.

The best idea for your blog is to pick a subject that you're passionate and knowledgeable about - users are looking to grab someone else's knowledge on the net. That way, your blog will have authority, and the visitors will be more likely to check out any products you recommend. Also, you can monetise your blog with Google Adsense, and get paid when your visitors click your ads, and this can earn you a small but steady income.
The only drawback to the system you're proposing is that there is a lot of work writing articles etc to drive traffic, and it takes weeks and months before this starts to pay off.
If you're a newbie looking for a quick start to generating cash on the net, I'd recommend taking a look at Click Income Tycoon - just hit my link below.
    Good luck!

Well, I've made 4 suggestions above, and can offer no more.

How "guaranteed" the sales are has nothing to do with where the site is hosted, and everything to do with how much work you do, and what skills you have.

Well actually even skills and work can't "guarantee" sales

@warrioruser : Why do you think these guys come to Warrior Forum even after earning tens of thousands of dollars a month?

I would agree with the above, get a self hosted Wordpress blog if you are going the blog route. Just make sure you make content the number one priority. The traffic will come if you do that. If you just load it with junk you won't get anywhere.

On top of Google Adsense that recommended above, you can also try in-text advertising networks like Infolinks or Kontera to increase your potential clicks.

For blogging, the important thing is quality and regular posts and drawing traffics/visitors to your blogs/sites, if you have too many of it, you might lost focus and doesn't get anywhere. Thus, suggest that you start with a few of which you are passionate about first.

All the best in your blogging venture.

    Cheers!

I've used blogspot to review clickbank products and have made a few sales that way. Never had a blog taken down yet. However, you've got to be sure to offer high quality content and not blatantly sell. Offer helpful information only.

Do what you think is best. Take action and try something. See what works for yourself.

I've made money with blog spot blogs before. It's a good strategy to use them if you don't want to pay for hosting. You do run the chance of getting the blog shut down, but it's pretty rare. I don't think it matters much for you because you are planning on creating multiple blogs. Just keep repeating the process while trying to get your blogs to rank.

I have struggled in clickbank even with my own websites. In the last two weeks for example I had 603 hops to generate 29 order form impressions and zero sales.

In the 6 months that I have been trying to sell on clickbank I have made only four sales and still cannot get paid because I have not reached the min level of transactions. So in my experience I think you will need to work way harder and smarter than me ( prolly not too hard) and get lucky!

None of my niches were make money online I promoted game guides, betting picks, diet solution, writing jobs, pilot training, DirectTV to PC, legal movie downloads and also some craft guides. I tried tons of stuff, I got targeted traffic and still no real profit. In fact considering the time and expenses to get traffic I am a pretty big net loser with clickbank so far.

I am starting to think maybe make money online is the way to go? I would feel like a huge fraud though because I never made any.

I hope you have better luck than me and share your success!

Hi Warrioruser, I would recommend you take a look at Zero Dollar Marketing dot net (not an affiliate link). Here you get a free action guide on how to research your niche and keywords, create a blogger blog, write content, post articles, monetise, drive traffic to your site etc etc. There are then 7 step by step videos to take you through each process. Absolutely brilliant for the newbie.

    Hi...

Yes, you can definitely make Clickbank income using a Blogger blog. And yes, you do so with the ever-present risk of getting it shut down at some point.

That being said, I have never personally had a Bloger blog deleted or shutdown. And I have used them for all types of monetixation methods including Clickbank affiliates, CPA offers, Adsense, etc.

Currently, since I have the financial resources to do so, all the digital real estate that I created are self-hosted blogs using the Wordpress format. And if you have the resources, I recommend that you do so as well.

But if you don't, than I'd definitely give Blogger blogs a try. I still generate income from Blogger blogs that I haven't touched in years. Even if they all get shut down, the amount of income I have already made from them was well worth the effort.

    Best wishes,

    JoeMack

Guys I've thinking to start a blog of this sort but I was afraid of getting into trouble with the "big G" if I got caught and suspended. Will this affect any other relationships I have with them? i.e. g-analytics, adsense, etc

It won't affect your analytics account, but yeah, if you have a site that gets slapped by the Big G and its running Adsense your chances just increase for your Adsense account being banned.

I have heard however that if you build your business on unstable ground all one needs to do is sneeze twice daily, while patting their head and stomach at the same time and that itself can ward off an impending doom...

I would not just throw a lot of information out there that you do not know about. People will be able to tell this and the last thing you want to do is create a bad brand for yourself and not be honest. People that are not honest and are just trying to push products on people have it all wrong and I encourage you to never go down that path.

I agree with other users to pick a topic and if you don't know about it, do some studying. This will help you in the future also. It is more than making a quick buck. You want the long term and to do that you have to have that commitment to yourself to help others first!

    Good Luck to you.

I think your doing too much work this way and its too risky and not worthwhile using blogger, not for this method anyway. If your going to be writing all those articles might as well have them on your own site, or you could submit them to Bukisa instead and get paid per view. You can make 10 twitter accounts instead of 10 blogs, and keep tweeting the Bukisa links of your articles, you will get paid per view.
