I am not worried about the cost of shipping the t-shirts because that will be covered with each customer order of my product.

I have $300-$500 budget for the t-shirts.

If they do well as in great offline promotions for my product, I will keep ordering more.

What color shirts and how many locations and colors? I know you said you wanted the domain name, but you didn't say if you wanted anything else.

Quantity is also important.

Are you going to order in bulk and ship them yourself or have the printer ship them to your individual customers? I think fluffy was referring to the shipping cost to get them to you from the printer.

There are a lot of great places you can choose from right online. Just Google "cheap t-shirt printing" and similar phrases.

The real answer will depend on how many colors will be in your shirt design and on what color shirt (light or dark) you want your design printed. Companies can vary drastically depending on the answer to that question.
