Well... just because there are E-books and W.S.O.'s which make it sound so easy to make thousands of dollars online...it is not that easy.

How good are you at Web Design?
How good are you at building a professional looking site?
How good are you at creating Graphics?

Take a look at the sites which sell for $2,000 plus... you have to be a Web Designer to accomplish sites like these.

And what sites did you try to sell? I want to take a look at them... because how will anybody be able to tell you what you need to do..when we don't where you skill level is at??????

Get some sales to it first before you put it on flippa. Most people on flippa want to see proof that the person that created the site has made money with it before they buy it.

But who wants to sell website that makes the owner steady income?

Some website owners have mutiple sites that are creating them income and for some reason need a big upfront sum of money so they deceide to sell one site. I've sold sites before that were creating me a good amount of profit just because I lost motivation in running the site.

Because if it really is that easy to make $4000 to $10000 why aren't you doing it yourself? I know it says in your description its not your business model, but I'd change my model if I could earn 4 - 10 k a month with one site.

Why don't you get it up to $10,000 a month (if it's possible) and sell it for $100,000 - $120,000?

Also, looking at the site, anyone could copy what you have done within 10 minutes, there's no backlinking for any substance or depth in the site.

My recommendation is to build the site, start earning money from it if you can, then sell it if that's what you want to do.

    What am I doing wrong
Answer: Making ridiculous claims that make you sound spammy/scammy.

That isn't a premium theme worth $79 - it's a simple theme that could be knocked out in a few minutes, with poor quality graphics.

The claim that the site is "guaranteed" to make $4 - 10k per month is enough to put me off. Who's guaranteeing it? You? Will you pay me $10k a month if the site doesn't perform? I doubt it.

How do you know the site has the "potential" to make such a large amount? If it does, why haven't you built it up first?

I'd also be worried about some of the content on your blog. It seems to come from Facebook so could be copyrighted. I wouldn't want to buy a site only to find it on the wrong end of a DMCA notice.

While agree with the general tone of the replies so far , to be fair to the OP, that IS indeed a premium theme , from Templatic

If there is no revenue and no traffic and your trying to sell it to a newbie marketer make them a mini marketing plan.

Give them an incentive to buy your site BIN give them a phone consult and hook them up with free hosting for 3 months or something extra.

Have no reserve on your listing.

Upgrade to the front page so more people see your listing.

Also if your BIN is or was $550 that's way to much money for a new site with no traffic or profit try half $250 or $195
    as a BIN

Regarding your title $10,000 a month sounds to good to be true and screams hype in my mind when I read it. instead of
Facebook traffic system fully outsourced. $4000 - $10,000/month guaranteed

    Try

Hot FB Fanpage Reseller Biz Fully Outsourced Earn XX Profit Per Sale

replace the xx with the amount they make per sale.

Maybe add a support desk osticket.com is free and it will add more value to your offer.

Watch your own auction I know it might sound funny but sometimes people don't like to be the first to bid and watch.

Write your ad more like a sales letter.

    Hope that helps some!
    Cheers

In your listing, you say ... I have for sale a very profitable site
But you don't have a profitable site. It has zero traffic, zero revenue

By the looks of it you're pricing this site out of the reach of buyers.

I mean fundamentally you're selling a turnkey site that usually goes for $99 or $199 for $550... What is the justification of the price when you've got no traffic and no sales?

The layout is decent but nothing special and to be honest the header image (facebook logo) is low quality and pixelated. If you're trying to demand $550 for a turnkey site then it has to look awesome in my opinion.

You state that you buy 1000 fans for $5 and sell the service for $50... But you have no evidence you can make any sales at $50. Without any sales it seems that your service is over priced...

Why not try driving some traffic to the site, lower the price of your service and start getting some sales on the board. It appears that your mark up on 1000 fans is pretty high and you could make a healthy profit selling this for $10-$20. When you start making some sales buyers will have a reason to believe they are buying into a genuine business opportunity...

Right now all you're selling is an expensive idea.

Too many "ifs". You cannot claim "$4000 - $10.000" guaranteed and then continue your listing with speculations about "how much could be made". This is shady.

The buyers on flippa are very tough, they want to see revenue and proof. It is very hard to sell based on potential or wishful thinking what a site "could make". It just doesnt fly.

Honestly...the first thing i thought was "why on earth would he sell a site claiming $10.000 guaranteed for 500 bucks"?

This is a very hot niche with over 500million active users on facebook. You could also outsource your service on Fiverr. Do the math.
And so on, and so on.

To be honest, most of your "sales letter" is plain nonsense.

According to your logic i can make a brand new site in the weight-loss niche or forex or whatever...and then charge premium because "it is a very hot niche" with whatever millions of users. Yes it certainly is, but such a site could still be having 0 visitors and 0 revenue. And then you say "i am selling a profitable site". Based on what stats? You analytics show ZERO visitors. How can the site be profitable?

Im a ditto on most of the above. NEVER use the word "guarantee" unless you go on to specify what the guarantee consists of. e.g...
"If you don't earn $4k a month I will buy it back"
"If you don't earn $4k a month I will give you the 4k"
You haven't backed up this so-called guarantee with anything, and that would immediately put me off.

Also as others have pointed out, the BIN price point is way too high for a brand new site with no traffic or leads.

I personally have not sold anything on Flippa yet, but I have purchased from them, and really your auction page does nothing for me at all.

As mentioned already, lots of claims, but no proof. Even if there are no sales yet, you state no traffic either, and premium or not, the theme does look a little lightweight.

Any potential buyer looking at the site would see either an inactive site or an unfinished one (no contact details, terms look very 'cut & paste').

I admire you for trying so soon, but a bit more is required if you really want to sell.

Wow, sorry OP, you really got beat up for this!

    Just to summarize:

    1. Don't make unsubstantiated claims - Many buyers are turned off by that
    2. Get it earning more - Buyers are much more interested in sites that are currently earning revenue.
    3. If not earning, at least have good design - Your site shouldn't be able to be copied in 20 minutes if you're claiming the $$ is in the package or design.
    4. If you're selling starter sites, lower your price - You're out of the market for starter sites with that price.

I agree with all the statements above. I'll just add that the domain name is nothing to write home about. I've bought crappy-looking sites before, just for the domain name (been a long time since I've seen one of those at Flippa, however).

Everything from the price of the site, to your income claims in the headline, all the way down to the fact that you are using what appears to be Denzel Washington as your profile picture--are ALL reasons why you probably aren't getting bids.

Why in the hell would anyone buy from you? Your listing looks more like a joke than a serious business opportunity. There is a BIG difference between a profitable site and a site with profit potential.

I would go back to the drawing board, buy a damn WSO on how to sell on Flippa and re-list. Better yet just scrap this one as a learning experience and try again with another domain as anyone who has seen this probably won't be looking at it again no matter what you say.

I disagree with the ".net" thing....there is nothing spammy about .net.
.org and .net can sell pretty well if the domain/site is good.
