YouTube Channel mess - need help sorting it out

A couple of years ago, we hired someone to create a youtube channel for our online business. it has videos from our primary site but some others from another site we were submitting for, that mistakenly were submitted to the wrong channel. it's all messed up. plus, we don't have the login info for the channel. i need a little help figuring out how to get in to it or whether i should start another channel fresh. i also need to know if i can upload the same videos from the old channel into a new channel, should i decide to start a new channel.

    Hi, if you don't know the login info for your channel, I suggest starting a new channel altogether. First, I would try every attempt at figuring out the login info. If you try to upload the same footage to your channel, YouTube will probably say it's duplicate content.....but there's ways around that, if you know how to do it.     start a new channel, and if you get the info in the meantime, just use anotations to redirect the traffic from the old channel to the new one, also add a video where you tell people that you have a new channel and link to it.
