Online Excel Calculator - HTML/Java Script or Flash?

I'm planning to buy a piece of software that converts an excel workbook into a format that can be put on a website, so people can input data & get calculations, think of a marketing ROI or sales leads calculator.

It is available in two conversion output formats to put on a website:
1. HTML with Java Script
2. Flash

Which one would you suggest & why?

    html will work on more machines than flash.
    Apple devices don't play flash anymore.

    And in general the use of flash is declining thanks to html5 and advanced possibilities with css and javascript.
