Should All Torrent Sites Be De-Indexed By Google?

Yet again, I've just had to issue a DMCA notice to get my work removed from a torrent site.

Isn't it time that Google de-indexed these sites?
Do they contain any legitimate downloads?

    The word torrent alone has over 226 million monthly searches on google.
    25 million searches for one of the top torrent sites.

    If they de-indexed these sites google would risk losing millions of customers to their competitors.
    People will get their torrents, with or without google.

    When I worked for Bing HRM they told us not to bother about copyright or anything like that. As long as the results were what the user wanted it was a preferable result.
