Has Wordpress Revisions vanished?

I'm using WP 3.2, and I need to revert to a previously saved revison.
I used to be able to scroll down the Edit Post page, and it was at the bottom.

I tried this, but it's not there!!

Does anybody know where I can find it?

Go to edit the page, scroll down, and there is a list of all the revisions. Or there is for me anyway, and I'm on the latest version.

Check the Screen Options tab to enable it. It's right under the "Howdy, admin" or whatever your username is.

Most people forget you can check/uncheck boxes to determine what is shown on your admin subpanels.

Ahaha the latest wordpress absolutely sucks! Just go to wordpress.org and download the older version.

  completely wrong advice.
  
  You can't not upgrade. There hasn't been a major security hole in a while, but it's just bad practice to not upgrade. There are millions of wordpress blogs and malicious people are targetting them. More and more i'm hearing of hackers targeting internet marketers to steal their money secretly.
  
  Now even Google recognizes this. I receieved hundreds of emails from Google Webmaster Tools saying my sites are running out of date version of Wordpress even though I had updated them all the day before. I was suprised they mentioned Wordpress by name.
  
  But I agree that the Wordpress wp-admin theme designer should be shot. He sucks but the design doesn't make the underlying software any less powerful.
