Good wordpress ad widget plugins?

Preferably a free one.
I'd like 125x125 ads in a sidebar widget, bigger ads in the post itself, and banner widgets. I want to be able to rotate ads more easily than the cutting and pasting of individual image lines and URL lines that I currently have to do, plus the post ads which I currently don't have.
My theme has spots for the banners, and a widget for up to 8 125x125 ads in each block. But, it's cumbersome as mentioned above, and doesn't support the large ads in posts.
I'm quite sure something exists for what I need, but I can't seem to find it.
