    Today. Right this moment.

Sure, there are specific good days and times to launch WSOs -- and someone will be along shortly to share their data. It's good data, I'm not disputing that.

Problem is, those days and times get shared a lot on the forum. So everyone and their brother starts launching and bumping at that time. Your WSO disappears the second you launch yours.

So instead of launching at that "best" time that every other member knows about, find your own best time. Study the traffic patterns on the site. Get a feel for when everyone else is launching. Find a happy medium between high traffic and low launches/bumps.

And then test it all for yourself.

      Most definitely, this

The most important thing is that you LAUNCH.

So many people get hung up in the when?why?how? and never get their stuff out there.

When you do launch, I highly suggest using WarriorPlus.com, because then the possibility of getting affiliates opens up, and your offer will get promoted at various times in the day.

    When it is ready.

When your specific target market is surfing the WSO area.

When you've had your breakfast and brushed your teeth.

When your paypal account could use some help.

When it's a full moon on a Friday night, after 2am Eastern time.

    When you are ready.

I haven't done a WSO in a long time -- and your list is the reason why. Sometimes I forget to brush my teeth. Sometimes I just miss the whole full moon on a Friday night thing.

      It's a tough business.

      Becky

p.s. Over on the blackhat forum they suggest you just rinse your teeth with Scope and launch. Not too sure about that, though.

I'm almost half serious about this.

The first MMO ebook I bought was after 2am, and after a hard night of partying. I remember the line on the page "even if it's 2am in the morning." I was a really easy target. Had already swooned myself with the cocktails, and was primed for some marketer to come in for the kill.

I don't know if it was a full moon that particular night - but I do believe a lot of people are a bit more wired on full moons and Friday nights and they go out and all kinds of crazy things can happen.

Can you imagine me actually testing this theory in the WSO's?

When your WSO is ready. Seriously, there is no time of day or day of the week that is going to guarantee the success of your WSO. It has a lot more to do with the product itself than anything else. You can always bump your WSO (at a cost of $40) when it reaches Page 3 so you can test bumping it on different days and times later. As for launching, just get the product out there.

Some people will tell you to launch when there are a lot of viewers in the WSO forum - but this obviously means your WSO is going to drop down and off Page 1 much faster as a lot of others will be bumping or launching their WSO's at that time also.

If you choose to do it when there are less people in the WSO forum then your WSO may stay up on the front page longer because there are less people launching or bumping. No one knows the secret formula so don't get too worried about it.

    Just get the thing launched.

We ran a 2 week test bumping at different times of the day, it didn't make much difference - the only difference was the location of customers.

But when you're bumping at the same time every day, your sales will slowly diminish (because, I believe, that people are looking at WSOs at roughly the same time every day) so you have to bump at different times of the day to keep the sales coming in.

I have employed all the bumping formulas people recommend on the forum to get better results. I cannot see any difference between them, results-wise.

It seems to me you either get a rush of sales, then it slows up, or you start very slow, and it builds day by day. That's the only difference in bumping by day/time I've seen.

It will always change as the flow of the internet does. I have noticed around 2pm EST on any given day traffic rises to my offer/site.

    Hi qsilver,

I would suggest you to get the product created and launch as a WSO as soon as possible. I believe as long as your offer is good and in demand. Everyone who comes to your thread will want your WSO.

As for me, I bump a few times for my WSO at different times of the day. The list builds up slowly.

    Hope it helps,

Launch from Friday night & over the weekend as everyone gets paid on Friday and will most likely spend money...or maybe Monday is better because they still have money and will cruise the forum during work breaks and they were out all weekend...or maybe Tuesday and Wednesday is better because they were too busy Monday catching up on back-logged work...or maybe Thursday is best because they are looking for something new to try over the weekend...or maybe...forget it, just launch!

Never launch anything in the summer though as people are too busy outside and not on their computers like they are in the winter.

I've launched one on Saturday morning, got a very small result. Then bumped it on a tuesday morning and got a wicked response. I think it just depends.

At the Warrior Networking event a few weeks ago they mentioned that the slower times where Friday to Sunday. But that doesn't mean it wont sell and not that its a bad time to launch.

Because if everyone launches on a Monday, then that means your WSO will only be on the first page for a few hours and get bumped down where no one will see it.

Just launch it when its ready.

I launched on Friday night at 10pm. Why? Because that was when it was done and ready to go. Since launch day I have sold more than 1200 copies and never even got WSO of the day.

Honestly, I ran a WSO and it flopped (I know, I know, it was on an old account and I'm back at this forum for the second time. I lost the email address and was too lazy to try to recover it, yada yada...)

Anyway, I spent hours, days and weeks on it and only got 1 sale. Even though I got glowing reviews from my reviewers. This was when it was only $20 to run a WSO and you need not be a War Room member.

If I were to do it again, I would actually use the forums to build a following and possibly a list. I guess the procedure is joining the War Room, then post a free WSO or something to get people on your list and to prove that you do know what you are talking about.

Now that you have a following, post your WSO, announce to your list , give out samples (if you want), ???, then profit.

    That's my my opinion, anyway..,

Here's something to think about. Folks are coming online every day and almost every hour looking for something new. These will be fresh eyes and new people. They just might be looking for what you are selling. The best time to fish is when the fish are biting. Some have suggested not launching when the forum is crowded--but that sounds like poor thinking. The more people looking the better you will be. So what if your WSO goes off the board faster...more people have seen it or been exposed to it. The people who have suggested you launch soon as you are ready--have it right. Go forward and launch. Good luck.

    Yesterday.

The second best day and time is now.

Exercise: estimate how much money you will make today by NOT launching your WSO.

There are no specific times that are best. You just need to make sure that your product over delivers and has excellent value. If you can get good feedback from a lot of people and good comments from reviewers, your product will make more money.

Social proof sells products in the WSO forum. If you get WSO of the day, you will make a lot of money. The only way to get it is by over delivering and charging a relatively low price.

In a way that's true- but you'd be surprised.

You can get a decent chunk of subscribers, but not as many as you'd expect.

On the other hand I've been thinking about the successful WSOs-

Not only do you get thousands of buyers on your list, but you can make 4-5 figures in no time.

As far as the OP goes, I think a good time NOT to launch your WSO is in the middle of the day.

Sure that's when there are 4-5K people on here, but there's also another WSO bumped like every 2-4 minutes to push yours down FAST.

I had zero list and zero affiliates when I launched my first WSO about 2 months ago. Now I have over 1200 buyers on my list! I have already made another $2,000 from this list promoting just 3 products. That was only 3 emails that I sent!

At the last Warrior Networking event we had a few weeks ago, just about every speaker spoke on how you dont want Freebie seekers on your list. Its better to have buyers.

            Let me tell you why.

I built up a list of freebie seekers, and added it into my existing broadcast setup.

A few days later, I sent my list a broadcast email which was perfectly in character for me: it was barely coherent and inappropriately sexual because I was drunk.

Over the next 48 hours, 15% of my list unsubscribed, many of them writing me a nasty note about "obscene" and "offensive" emails full of "filth."

            GUESS WHO THEY WERE?

            The freebie seekers!

The people who actually bought my stuff didn't go anywhere.

I try not to drunk-mail my list anymore, but it does still happen. From time to time.

      Have to disagree... sorry!

If you give something away, how do you know that the people who get it have the ability to pay?

How do you know that they are prepared to pay?

People tend to pay more attention to something they bought than something they paid for.

I think this is an interesting strategy. I think the only way to know if it works is to test, test, test and then test some more. Yeah, you might be out $120 if you tested 3 times but think about the stats you will know.

I have tested, I've done 2 free wso's in the past, conversions from them were dire and a lot unsubscribed immediately after downloading.

As soon as i added some low cost wso's I sold more than I gave away and most of the people hung around and have become repeat buyers.

I think a lot of people miss the point now with WSO's , Since you were able to get affiliates to promote your wso's the whole dynamic has changed.

You used to have to pick a good time to launch then time your bumps.

Now you just need a good quality product that people will be happy to promote.

Someone earlier mentioned they have build a list of 1200 buyers through a few wso's, do you really think they need to time the launch of their next one?

They could actually launch it at 4am on a wet sunday morning then email their list and it wouldn't make a difference to sales, their buyers would still go to it and buy, and then cause a buzz if they like it and leave good comments.

If someone emails your wso to their list it makes no difference if you are on page 1 or page 99 so make sure the quality is A+ and people will be happy to promote it.

One thing to bear in mind - you may have decided exactly what time you want to post your WSO but you also have to take into account how long it takes to get approved and paid for.

It is very interesting reading the different opinions but the bottom line seems to be that there is no perfect time. Just do it when you are ready.

Stay away from Sunday through Thursday and don't launch on a Friday or over the weekend.

I've found weekends to be slow so I don't bump a WSO on the weekends. You want to find out what days have the most traffic, just go to the main page and take note of the days and time and record the traffic numbers. It'll give you a good idea of the busiest days.

Busiest days are not always the best because there are a lot of other WSO owners looking for those busy days and so your WSO can move down the page much faster.

There really is no formula. One thing to keep in mind when bumping around the same time is to change the title of your WSO so even those who have viewed it before may still open it.

    When you target the US:

Launch around noon (EST). Then you'll have handled the main issues (review copies, possible errors etc.) by dinner time.

Many warriors are part time guys. That means they have a day job. They go to their computer after dinner. That is when you want to have your WSO launched completely.

I've seen a lot of wso launches start off with a lot of glitches, download links not working etc.
so I plan to just launch when it's ready....and when I have plenty of time to babysit it for the first few hours.
    Thanks for all the suggestions.

there are about 2500 viewers on the WSO forum at any one time, including saturdays and sundays. when there are more viewers, there will also be more launches. when there are less viewers, there will be less launches. Its the law of the free market.

This makes launching anytime the same, of course the difference is the target market. But the numbers are the same. at different times different areas are experiencing daylight and will be online.

There is always at least a couple thousand visitors on the forum, and a good majority of them can be found in the WSO section. I don't think a shortage of customers is the worry here, its the competition. As many others have stated, posting at the wrong time can have your offer knocked down the pages in no time. I would watch the section for a week or two, as the most recent trends are often the best tell. Find the slowest periods, and launch during one of these times. Plenty will see your offer, and the less you have to compete with, the better.

Actually, when it's quieter your offer may stay on the first page longer but less people will see it. When it's busy your offer will likely drop off the first page faster but there are more people around who may see it.

It can work either way. There's no formula because it doesn't just depend on your WSO or the traffic. It depends heavily on how many others decide to launch or bump their WSO's around the same time.

Best to just get the thing launched asap and not worry about things like that.

I just posted a message on the main board and some guys referred me to here.

I think that the best thing to do is experiment on it and then find your own times to post and Bump your thread.

I also think that having some good and solid affiliates promoting your offer will surely help even if your offer drops to page 3 and over.

It's interesting to hear all the different opinions. I think one thing that hasn't been mentioned is taking a look at the WSO offers that are going to be directly below you to make sure yours will stand out next to them. Obviously you can't tell what will be able but you can make sure you win at least half the fight
