Read their description of what CDR (customer distribution requirement) means.

I did a post about this on my blog when I was in the same situation a few years ago.

CDR stands for 'Customer Distribution Requirement'. Basically Clickbank won't pay you until:

- You have made sales with 5 or more different credit card numbers
- You have made sales with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or European Direct Debit(ELV)). PayPal purchases do not count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers.
