Kayako version 3 to version 4 - Team Work module cut
Hi,
Anyone else here going from Kayako 3 to 4? We have version 3 now and use the Team Work module there daily, a LOT, in fact. And we found out this module is no longer present in version 4
Anyone else running into this?
We're sticking with 3 for now. However, if anyone has ideas on how to get something similar that's evolving, I'd sure appreciate a heads up.
