He's new - give they guy a break and tell him the rules.

Jeremy, If you want to post something for sale and get people to promote it, post it as a WARRIOR SPECIAL OFFER in the WSO forum and pay the $20.

Then people can decide if they want to buy it or promote it.

I have been reading this forum off/on for a bit over a year, but, I have made some decidedly specific goals, both short-term and long term.

Some of these concepts are still rather foreign to me, so, I am appreciating some of the guidance that these nice folks are willing to give a slow-starter like me.

Jeremy, no need to thank us for patience, we all have been there before. It takes some time to learn. Buckle up and start reading this forum to get a idea of what you want to do.

Once you figure that out then you can start searching for more specific information regarding your plan. The wso section is a great way to read up on specific techniques. Just make sure you don't jump from one thing to another. Only buy or read things that will help you with your plan.

Well, I thought of creating a blog with this in mind, and create some teasers/real life examples of people that got their stuff fixed. I have 4 stories off of the top of my head. If I can figure out how to get people to get to that site (my coach is helping me with that, one lesson per day) I'll be ok. From that link, I'll direct people to my site. They can sign up for email updates, and if they do, I'll have their list.

And, from my site, they can download my product.

Article marketing may help you get people there. Or you can start working on PPC "Pay Per Click" (Adwords is Google's form of PPC). It takes some time and money as well. Research both a lot, especially PPC if you do go that route.

Another form is affiliates. If you have a great report than sell it for a low price using the $7 dollar script. It allows your affiliates to get paid instantly and you build your lists. Kevin Riley is a master of this.

Now you should take some of the things that I posted and start searching this forum for more information. You will see a lot more than what I described but it is all here.

Thomas - the man - is right.

You have to know a little bit to get things going and you have to already know what you want to do.

You cannot ask people here what to do. You can ask how to do something and you will probably get help.

But asking what to do with your product is not something that anyone can answer - YOU grasshopper, must choose your own path.

Take the risk and either go up or down in flames. That's how it works until you develop a proven replicatable plan.

Thomas - no - not take him by the hand ..... that would be a little...ahhhh different/strange. :-) Just remind him forcefully...in my opinion.

Jeremy,

1) create a free product that will help (but not guarantee) people get service on thier products that there is no customer service for

2) create another product that they can buy that GUARANTEES they will get service

That's about all I can think of right now. Use the freebie to build the list and then market the guaranteed product to the list
