Not sure what countries you're asking about but try moneybookers, Google Checkout, or alertpay

I would go with moneybookers. I love them, they have reasonable fees and support a lot of local payment options for many many countries.

Alertpay is the only "largish" competitor to paypal. They don't randomly freeze accounts either

Try SWREG. It offers several options of payment during checkout including PayPal. I have been using it for a while now(over a year) and can't complain.

I just want to point out that even for the people who are using paypal it's important to have one or two backups ready to go. You never know when you can get a random freeze and the last thing you want is for this to cause your business problems ESPECIALLY if you're in the middle of a big product launch.

You could sign up for ClickBank to sell your training course as a vendor, and they would then act as your payment processor. They will accept not only Paypal but all major credit cards. As a bonus, this will allow you to create an affiliate network around your product.

I actually just commented earlier today on another thread about MoneyBookers. They built a site for an ecommerce client with it and during the process compared them to Paypal. MoneyBookers won hands down they said!

You could also try LibertyReserve. Transfers made through LR are final and no "chargebacks" can be made. It's almost impossible to get an LR account banned.

The only downside is it's security is so complex, it's like trying to break the Enigma code every time you want to login to your account. And it's user-base isn't very large.
