Suggestions to increase my opt-in rate?

I have website with a purpose of collecting leads, newbies to Internet Marketing. The site is about 1 year old and has been getting 20-25 leads per day for the past 6 months or so - only organic traffic (SEO, Articles, Squidoo).

The conversion rate is at about 50% - I think it's not too bad but I believe it could higher...

Any constructive comments, suggestions and criticism highly appreciated.

    Put the optin above fold and use a big red box around it.
    You can also try getting rid of the header.

    Now I skimmed the page and almost missed the form so above things should help.

      The form is above the fold (and another one is at the bottom of the page)
      but now as you mention it, I see the form is not "IN-YOUR-FACE"... I quess I could make it more visible
