Simple PHP Membership Site Script?

Anyone have a simple membership site script? I'm looking for one that is:
1. PHP Based
2. Has a Password Reset function
3. Can easily be tied into the sales process for signups
4. Either SQL or non-database is fine.

    I use MemberFire for mine. I've been pleased with it. I have it running the site in my signature file. It comes with some very basic page templates if you want to use them. I used my own templates for the site below. It also has built in OTO pages, but they are simple to pull out if you don't want to use them.

    I can't give you a link to it yet, but if you Google memberfire I'm sure you will find it. I forget how much I paid for a one time license, but an unlimited use upgrade was only $27 on the upsell, which is what I have.

    I use a modified, open source one called "deadlock"

      Awesome, thanks for all your input!

      I've become so reliant on Joomla over the years and now am looking for a way to be more "hands off" in addition to helping my business partner with his project.

      I'm currently testing deadlock as it's free and sounds like it will cover the bases for now. Also found easymemberpro, anyone use it and like it?

      Not true.

      In some cases, you dont need the bells and deadlock can be modified as time goes for the needs of the site owner. Most of the time, for far less than the cost of a membership script.
