I'm not sure what problems you are
having with your paypal account.

But if you want to start from scratch, all you
need to do is open up a new Debit Account with your
bank and start up a new paypla account with
that new debit account and new email address.

i bother to type so much trying to help u out.
and if i did not answer to ur point meaning i did not really get the issue then u might want to explain to clearify.

u are the one asking, and when people try to help i dont think that is the way u would want to reply even if its a wrong reply.

further more i did not say anything that is offensive to u.
i understand sometimes people who try to help type some insensitive things.

but seriously mate, this makes people not want to help u in future.

here is the exact thing i got from paypal rep.

U only can have 2 accounts altogether.

1 personal
1 premier or business/merchant account

If u are talking about whether u can create multiple accounts, sure u can.
But in terms of TOS u cant.

So u nv know when they will freeze ur account and ur money together with ur business is gone.

so it depends on what u mean by "can".. lol.

Well it would't be a dublicate account since I am going to open other company.

p.s - how does 1shoppingcart works with paypal ? ( I still need to have my own paypal account ) ?

But that is what you think from your side.
You have one account closed because to paypal you broke some rules, until you fix those you are not allowed to open another one.

Imagine people using paypal to do illegal things or scamming people then when they close down those accounts you just open a new one.
You think paypal will welcome you?

You can always open the accounts, no problem, but like what newbiee said, if there is something wrong fix it instead of opening a new one because you never know when they might find trouble with you again.

And like what you said which is in line with what newbiee said too, its best to get a rep on the phone and talk things out, fix the problem then just creating a new one.

When it comes to google adwords its abit different. I spoke to a rep once and he said its possible to have multiple accounts, just that you have to make sure you dont have multiple accounts pointing to the same domain.

And from what i know, its okay to have multiple accounts.
People have multiple accounts openly for the sake of organizing their campaigns.

But when it comes to paypal, people are more secretive about their multi accounts.

Weigh this 2 situations :

Situation 1 - You are running ads on adword and as your fund deplete it tops up from your card. And if worse come to worse they suspend your account for whatever reason [although its harder to get your adword account suspended, and easier to get it back up] you just lost an account. And possibly some money.

Situation 2 - You have a paypal account and your pay check is inside. Because paypal act as collecting money for you. So your money collects there. Then for whatever reason you broke their rule, you get your account frozen, [this is easier to get your account into trouble and harder to get out of it] then all your collected money is gone.

And your business is down the drain. Imagine you have to use part of that money to pay other things like : affiliate commissions, product cost [manufacturer or dropshipper] , a JV partner etc etc.

Then you really are in deep 5hit!

So this is how it goes, if you want to use paypal, then its paypal's way, what paypal thinks, how paypal sees you or sees the situation and not what you think you are entitled to.

So if your account is gone, it doesnt mean you are entitled to open another account or multiple accounts for that matter. =)

Some people are just self absorbed.

They think that their problem is all that matters and must be solved NOW.

If you answer them wrongly then you are wasting their time.

In fact he should be happy even though people may not have answered his question in the way he wants. Because by doing so it bumped up his thread and increase exposure for more people to read and reply.

But .... he OBVIOUSLY doesnt think that far.
Because his problem is all that matters right?
