Where is the best source of PLR

Hi Guys, I was wondering if some of you could give me your opinion on where to get the best quality PLR. I know theres a lot out there but a most of the stuff I`ve seen is poor quality.

All of the above are good and there's a list of PLR sites out there somewhere, though I'd rather have 5-7 good, recommended options than 100 unknowns.

I am starting myself on outsourcing, productivity, real estate, and personal development, but only have 1-2 packages to offer at present.
