DID I PURCHASE A GOOD ARTICLE SUBMITTER PROGRAM?

I am a newbie and this is my 2nd post (thread). I really like the people on WF, thanks warriors!
I was wondering if anyone has ever used Article Submitter, it would appear the person who puts it out is Brad Callen. Anyone ever used this software and is it a good buy? I am still in the process of registering with all the article submission sites it auto submits to and don't know if I am wasting my time and if I have already wasted my money. Well I guess if it works I haven't wasted the money. Any thoughts?
